Policy

a $39 late fee will be charged to all invoices not paid by the due date
a finance charge of 1 3/4% per month will be charged on balances over 25 days old (annual rate of 21%)
returned check fee is $39
accounts over 45 days will be referred to our billing and collection agency, NCS, a credit reporting agency
any fees associated with the collection of an outstanding balance will be added to the outstanding balance and will be due and payable by the customer
no returns without approval
no returns on personalized items
returns subject are to a 25% restocking fee
